New practice areas

There will be a short game practice hole, a putting green and a covered driving range with 18 stalls.

Industry-leading drainage

Tsawwassen Spring’s natural advantages have been further enhanced by nine miles of drains, part of $2 million investment. Water will disperse even more quickly. leaving fairways playable during and after rain. Not only with this provide superior footing for golfers but better year round turf conditions.

In addition to the drainpipe system, the fairways and roughs have been built with a 12 inch cap of sand. Consequently, tees are drier and approach shot roll out is improved.

The new Clubhouse

The Clubhouse will be open to the public, with

• changing rooms and lockers
• a pro shop
• a restaurant and pub with banqueting facility
• a full-featured fitness centre and spa that includes personal training, yoga, spin classes, massage therapy and more
• and an outdoor skating rink.

In addition to the Clubhouse, there will be a neighbourhood store and café, as well as a tennis court located close by.
